Before turning to executive search in 2012, he spent sixteen years with international
pharmaceutical groups, first leading human resources, then heading a biotech production site. This dual perspective – that of the HR director who hires and of the executive who must make his teams succeed – underpins his approach: he knows first-hand both what an executive board expects and the operational realities of the roles he fills. After founding and leading a specialised boutique firm, he now supports pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, medtech companies, hospitals and private clinics at Stellar in recruiting senior executives and key talent.
