Several well-known executive search consultants launched Stellar Executive Search AG in January 2024. Thomas Bossard, Guido Pagani, Florent Hoerd, and Vladan Veljkovic have established a unique and flexible network of consultants as partners.
Their combined 50+ years of executive search experience is complemented by Thibaud Marcault
as an additional consultant and by strategic advisor and founding member David Schneeberger.

Stellar Executive Search AG is a partnership of experienced executive search consultants, reinforced with targeted core competencies. Thomas Bossard has unique contacts in the Swiss financial industry and has been entrusted as the preferred headhunter for asset managers, banks, financial institutions, and pension funds for over 13 years, recruiting executives, specialists, or teams. Guido Pagani has focused on the consumer goods, retail/e-commerce, and trade & industry markets since 2001. Clients regularly rely on his expertise for strategic new appointments. Florent Hoerd, thanks to his global market vision and broad professional network, possesses a high level of expertise in the construction, industrial, energy, real estate, and transportation sectors. He has been active in executive search since 2015. Vladan Veljkovic brings many years of experience with national and international executive search firms and has a deep understanding of the needs and economic challenges of his clients. His specialty is filling finance and human resources positions.
With his many years of professional experience in retail, luxury goods, and consumer goods, as well as his international network, Thibaud Marcault complements the team as an Executive Search Consultant for strategic recruitments.
