Long-standing experience in executive search
Simona Cascarano has more than 10 years of experience in executive search, particularly in wealth management, private banking, asset management, and investment banking. She also brings expertise in future-oriented topics such as Web3, blockchain, and FinTech. Most recently, she worked as a senior consultant at a Zurich-based executive search boutique. With her certificate in Positive Psychology (CAS) from the University of Zurich and her expertise in career coaching, she combines sound industry knowledge with innovative approaches in strategic talent development. Promoting diversity and inclusion in the financial industry is a particular concern of hers.
Focus on Finance
In her new role, Simona Cascarano supports banks, asset managers, family offices, and FinTech companies in the EMEA region in successfully filling leadership and expert positions through a targeted recruitment approach. “Demand from the financial sector for our services is steadily increasing.
